No Guarantee of Results
While our systems are designed to improve operational efficiency and patient communication, we do not guarantee specific financial or business results.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare and data privacy laws
Maintaining accurate business information
Properly managing patient communications
Payment Terms
Fees, billing cycles, and setup costs will be outlined in individual service agreements. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironclad Business Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these Terms or misuse of our systems.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
